Video Surveillance Privacy Policy

This policy provides information on the processing of personal data obtained through the video surveillance system installed at our operational premises (CEMINEM, Campus Río Ebro, Calle Mariano Esquillor Gómez s/n, 50018 Zaragoza), in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Purpose

To guarantee the security of persons, facilities, equipment and property at our premises through the capture of images by video surveillance cameras.

Legal basis

The legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the security of persons and facilities (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Images are kept for a maximum period of one (1) month from their capture, after which they are deleted, except for images that must be preserved to prove offences against the security of persons or property. In such cases, the images will be made available to the competent authorities within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment the fact is detected.

Recipients

Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation to provide it to State security forces and bodies, courts or tribunals. No international transfers of data are carried out.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by contacting info@nogara.eu, providing a means of identification. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Origin and categories of data

The data is obtained directly from the persons who enter the monitored area. The categories of data processed are identification data and images. No special categories of data are processed. Information signs indicating a video-monitored area ("zona videovigilada") are displayed at the access points to the premises.
