Quality Policy

Nogara Technologies S.L. provides engineering services and develops and manufactures narrowband power line communication (NB-PLC) technology and measurement instruments for energy flexibility and smart grids. The Management establishes this Quality Policy as the framework that guides our work and our commitment to our customers and partners.

Our quality commitments

  • Compliance. We comply with the applicable legal, regulatory and technical requirements that apply to our products, services and activities.
  • Continuous improvement. We systematically improve our processes, products and services as an essential factor for the satisfaction of our customers and our team.
  • Process approach and risk-based thinking. We manage our activities as processes and identify the factors that may affect the conformity of our products and services in order to act preventively.
  • Team involvement. We promote the competence, participation and awareness of our team as the basis for delivering quality.
  • Measurable objectives. We establish quality objectives aligned with our strategy and review them periodically to ensure their fulfilment.

This Quality Policy is communicated to and understood by our team and is available to any interested party. The Management reviews it periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation.
